The Concept:
"The Ranch" will be a COMMUNITY gathering location for recreation and education, providing outdoor employment opportunities for area residents with developmental disabilities and a unique experience for volunteers and visitors.

The Ranch will be a day program accommodating the SLO County area adult special needs population and the general public. A variety of agricultural opportunities, open-air activities, and a place to teach participants fundamental job skills will be available. The produce and products grown and raised at The Ranch will be available for the general public to purchase fresh, locally-grown food. The Ranch will be a place where people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities come together to enjoy the land.
